Try a house hold cleaner - bleach may also work - there will be a in print that may need to be smoothed out ;)

What about nail polish remover ? Not used it myself ::) ::) just an idea ;) may b worth testing 2 c if it marks the nylon first tho :daumenhoch:

O have a heat it craft tool, mini hairdryer that gets very hot..... Melts the old glue etc..... And when applying any new decal warms the area and never ever had an issue with any decals either on frame or plastics....... Also Ive used nitromors to quickly burn off old decals on plastic, but just for a few seconds..... :-\
