Are the new TA race bars that you can get from Alans, the same dimension as the old one's ?

and the same with the EZ bars ?

and anyone know if the EZ bars in black are chrome under the black powder ? ???

Yes I believe the black repro bars are chrome under the powder

They are I stripped a set easiest think i ever did (BUT) the skyway logos on the EZ bars are (Laser etched)  in to the bars so you can still see them once the paint is removed.

but you could put decals over them ?

any one know if both sets of bars are taken from org spec size ?

Yes they are supposed to be.

 The ez  2's  look al little different to the originals,  i think the crossbars are higher up but i read somewhere the ez 1's & the race bars are the same as the older models but with different knurling under the stem. I sold mine to Ed he could confirm up for you.
