Look like dually bars to me .
-
That was my first thought but i think they are too boxy and the radius of the bends is too tight.
-
Here are some that i owened mate they are original & came on a Hutch Exel.
I tink the thing to remember is that depending on age they either came out of the USA or Taiwan , same as the seat posts, they did loads of variations Ive had 2 sets of Dually bars & they were both off of bikes with og paint but were different shapes.

Hmmm they are very similar but just different enough to notice if you look hard. Thanks for the pic :daumenhoch:
-
but it could depend also on the person putting the bend in ? so they would not always be the same I guess I cut and shut by two different people ?
look the same to me ???
-
I reckon they probably are, maybe a different year of manufacture?
-
Got a home for them clint
-
Probably are Hutch, knowing them they were made in 2 different factories in Taiwan, Hutch were always all over the shop even when they were a so called "premium brand".
-
Cant make my mind up with these, they look slightly wrong but i know Hutch had decidedly iffy production Q.T :-\
May just get em anyway ;)
