Title: Skyway T/A 1984
Post by: Funkyworm on November 03, 2013, 08:25 PM

1984 Skyway T/A Original chrome all round. Some of you might have seen this on the Rad FB site as i just recently finished it.

The great thing is that the T/A was a true all rounder,  It's just the way that Ive always thought a T/A should look really with tuffs & white walls so i went slightly down the freestyle route on this one. I wanted to stick with Pro bars though rather than EZ & bars & added some skyway pegs.

Hope you like.  :daumenhoch:

Flash  :coolsmiley:

I always fancied doing a freestyle version of a TA with a frame stander and a potts mod but it'll most likely never happen.

Nice that callum super blingy, like the blue chainring bolts too
needs a frame stander & potts mod then I could accept it as a freestyler  >:D  :-*

Hmm    ::) ::) ::)  I wasn't sure about pot's modding this one to be honest (it might still get done at some point).  ;)

The original plan was to get an 83 & build it from memory & as similar to one i saw when i was a kid, It always stuck in my mind as a lovely looking thing & that's always been (in my head) the way a t/a should look .

But then this 84 came along & was so clean i had to buy it , so i kept to the same spec that i had planned for the original build & I ran with it.

As for the bolt on frame standers Ive got to admit I've never been a fan (besides i already have a triple top tube  :Great_Britain:)  ;) :daumenhoch:
