Title: Very rare find
Post by: QUADROPHENIA on November 16, 2013, 10:07 PM: I have known of this bike for almost 3 years thru a good buddy, and last week had the chance to grab it

In 10 years of collecting I have only ever seen two original yellow survivor performers, the other one got brought my a member on here and painted in days. This one is only going to get a very very light refurb of parts being cleaned and odd parts changed for original survivor parts.

A mate on here let me know about it. It's sept 84. Gonna polish the f&f this weekend before oiling, also put some stuff into soak before cleaning. Found some used yellow cables as originals are rolloxed.

it's a very cool find just thought it was Jess Dyrenforth's as the chainring on your's is the same as the one on his....

I hope pete doesn't mind but i thought this thread needed and update. :)

recently I've managed to secure the pro performer from pete and i arrived today :daumenhoch:

you will be all glad to know the only plans i have for it its to ride it :slayer: it will be my chosen ride for
cleethorpes this year and plan to get Eddie sitting on it at some point :)

it has come to the right home, it sit along side a fully restored 84 pro performer and a 100% survivor haro sport.
the bike WILL be kept totally as found and will stay one of the best survivors out there
