Sealed (redline) bearings from a bottom bracket?

knock them out through the spindle hole, using something softer than the bearing cups, I always start with a length of 15mm copper pipe and a lump hammer, if they don't move with that, Ill use a length of hardwood and a mallet, if that wont shift them, 14mm axle and  metal hammer, worry about the marks after!!

That about sums up my experience too although i usually start with the wood. 9 times out of ten though i end up smashing hell out of it with a steel rod.
