i am trying to find out which year this F/F is ,any help would be much appreciated please

from what i can make out the serial number(left drop out ) is
GH89052475 ,i think the 3 digit is 8 but he bottom part is only half there???
am i right in thinking it a May 1989 frame number 2475??
any info please guys :daumenhoch:

The forks look 85 with the double cable guide. 89 would be right with that number. There is a GT serial thread on the museum.

One guy wrote to GT bikes with that sort of serial asking for id, and all they said was basically 'who knows' ;D
