Title: Helmet Cameras

What helmet cameras are people using? 

Any feedback and action video greatly appreciated.

I have just got a £40 Action Shot helmet camera still in the box but wonder whether to add more money and get a better spec one.

I have found these which seem better for similar money. I wonder which is the best:

Not got one myself :(
But my mates got a go pro one hd quality too
Uses it for his mtbing ;)
Swears by it , expensive tho i think

The go pro are a bit pricey for what we want, but quality kit.
