Title: I can't remember my password, help?

I've had some Cnut in America trying to hack my Yahoo account today, and account I've had for about 12 years. :Aresehole:

Anyway, I've now deleted the account as I've had over 300 emails in the last hour from mailor demon telling me that the email I sent 7 years ago had failed.

So I've set up a Gmail account now, and want to change my new email account details to my Rad account, but I need my password to do this, is there a way that one of the Admins can get me around this??
