Title: Hutchbmx.com
Post by: Retrodan72 on December 29, 2013, 09:43 AM
I was having a little mooch on there yesterday as its looking as though I'm going to be building a Pro Racer in the next few months. :smitten:

As a lot of you know, I'm no stranger to a repop part, I know some of you frown at that, but it suits my pocket.

I've only ever ordered stuff from the States off Porkchop and Rini's (RIP), and have always avoided Customs charges. Have any of you bought stuff from Hutch, and did you incur any additional costs/headaches?

Cheers Dan. :daumenhoch:

As Marty says, if they don't have the part you're after in stock, it could be a long wait. Definitely worth it though, the quality is great and price is good too, I bought a few bits from them for my Phaze 1 Cruiser and I didnt get hit with Customs, could have just been lucky though Dan.

I think it's worth the gamble Ad, especially for a Hutch stamped Kashi, I mean, how many of those show up on here? ???

If you do go direct, looking at the last page of "Today I got delivered..." dancetothedrummersbeat received his Hutch Kashi customs free  :)

Thanks for the link. I've never bothered with Rainers before as his postage costs always seemed hefty.  :-\

90 Euro's works out at £75, but he'll probably chuck £15 postage on top of that. :)

Alans bmx stock hutch stuff, not sure how prices compare especially if your willing to take the gamble on not getting stung with customs.

Used them 6 times now with no problems  :)

Like Jaan said, my most recent buy was the Kashi seat - Didn't get charged anything by customs. On the flip side though, I was charged £120 for the Aerospeed cranks that I bought in October. That's life I suppose...

Et voilà!

Should have my Pro Racer done in the next few weeks. Just need to get the wheels built up.  :)

Good luck Dan  :daumenhoch: - Can't wait to see yours done!!

Cheers Andy, a Hutch has been in my head for a while now, and seeing JT's and Willo's earlier this year just made me want one more.

Mines been 3 years in the making. Have got a look a-like-stem, but am waiting for a Deep H or Western H without the freestyle holes to come up. Lovely bikes  :smitten:

Hope you get sorted with one soon...
