Title: frame bike i.d help please

hello peeps..  a newbie here with a crap bike that need identifiying, any help or info would be much appreciated.

the frame has oval bars an the stamping which ive pictured

Looking at the hubs, and rear dropout area, its defo a cheapo.

But what the fook it is, i don't know.
