use bottles/jars/bags of water around the frame to displace the good stuff, i.e make it deeper!!
dont cover the holes, it'll be rusty inside too!

You didn't spend 20 quid on it did you? ???
Best thing to do is fill plastic bottles full of water and place as many as you can around the frame to consume as much of the spare volume as possible. this should make you ten litres do further but i doubt it will cover the whole fame.
You may have to flip it as one of the chain/seat stays will probably sit out of the liquid :daumenhoch:

In fact now i look at it again, fook that tub off as you are going to need 10 gallons by the look of it, and buy a cheapo 1 meter diameter paddling pool. Inflate and squash to the frames shape. Jobs a good'un :daumenhoch:

Have a look on the tub, alot of anti rust stuff is either Oxalic, phosphoric or citric acid. Not sure on the first two but i always use pure citric acid powder as its cheap and wont kill any seagulls ;)

The end of the first paragraph tells you all you need to know about how good citirc acid is :daumenhoch:

Look after animals lee, some of these potions can be a bit iffy :daumenhoch:

For small items you can get little tubs in the home brew section of wilko's Bert.
I just shop around on the bay if i'm doing a frame or owt big.
You can run it quite weak, it will just take longer.
This is pretty cheap for the amount:

and about half that would give you pretty rapid results on a frameset in a pool/large tub :daumenhoch:

Cheers fella :daumenhoch:

You should start to see bubbles forming on the parts, any really bad rust spot give a rub with a toothbrush every couple of hours :daumenhoch:
