Title: Oxalic acid rust remover- UK source?
Post by: cd on August 13, 2006, 08:26 AM
All,

Does anyone know where to get oxalic acid crystals in the UK from 'a shop'? I found a place online but I wondered if a DIY shop had some under a different name. I tried B&Q and got the usual blank faces with a 'dunno mate'....

I found a well priced tub of crystals from here:
www.agwoodcare.co.uk
They were delivered etc cheaper than any local hardware store...Check them out.

Thanks for the pointer. It got me looking again and I've now ordered a tub from:

http://www.constructionchemicals.co.uk (http://www.constructionchemicals.co.uk)

They are a bit cheaper than agwoodcare.
