;D
-
oh bollox "nono"
-
I actually kind of like it :-\ I don't know why these things get such a roasting?
It is what it is, you either like it or not but as a pub bike cruiser it ain't bad looking
-
Gonna wait for the 26"
-
Was going to start a thread on this but Jay beat me to it!!
The freestyler frameset, to me, was OK, it was a well done tribute to the start of it all, expensive, yes, but Haro (the company) wouldn't have made that much out of it. I had the money then, I didn't.
The Dominguez tribute complete, to me, is OK, its a nice replica of a legendary riders famous bike, and yes, expensive, but I don't think horrendously so. Had I got the money, I would.
Now this, It never happened then, it shouldn't happen now. its not a `legendary replica', it is purely a money grabbing exercise, yes, its the right colours, but that is all.
I like planet tuffs comment, "its got blue hubs" or summat, thats the best they can offer!!!
Might get you to the pub, i'd rather walk.
MM

strange how these seem to have blue/black odi mushroom IIs on them but the Mike D tribute which should have them on doesn't? :idiot2:
-
Not a fan of that I'm afraid.
Kind of pointless.
-
Milk it dry
the phrase "cash cow" springs to mind :LolLolLolLol:
Not a fan of these at all ( okay may make a good pub rider but don't devalue the original brand that many of us hold so dear :-[ )
-
Gonna wait for the 26"
I'd love to see a 29'er, 9 spoke tuffs!!!
and a bucket for the sick!!!
MM

Bag o shite

I think a bit of sick just came up..... :'(

Don't like it... Would take a lot to make it even look "retro".... Don't like the seat post clamp pin and the rear brake set up.
"nono"
-
No from me "nono"

Should a Freestyler not be Freestyle?
Gayer than barrymore's punchbag.
-
no way. Out in the USofA, but not here, I'm not sure if this is just as bad........

love it or hate , im sure they will sell. maybe not to the hard core old school radsters but ive no doubt people who find a 20 inch old school bmx hard to ride will be drawn to this .... the 24 inch skyways, quads, rippers have all slipped into collections so im sure the haros,gt's will follow suite . big question is who will be first to enter one into BOTM ? :LolLolLolLol:
-
Not impressed, why not get an o/s cruiser ???,or indeed a mid or new school one ???
-
BTW 24" Tuffs are an 11lb wheelset,yes 11

26 on order for me , have always wanted a 26 torker but the grail will never arrive , so will settle for this for now.

I know someone that will be selling a genuine 'modified' NOS Master frame set in original green with NOS decals fitted soon.
Anyone interested in that instead, let me know :)

Massively overpriced for what it is.
