Post by: mattbloke on February 11, 2014, 03:52 PM
I know that someone covered this on here, but buggered if i can find it. I believe that there is a new CHEAP pedal that the spindle swaps straight over with the DX. does anyone know what it is please?

thankyou kindly :)

I think it was the ones from Halfords from what I remember

"in this case Wellgo DX's"                      ?

"GT DX copies"                                     ?
"Shimano SX                                        ?
I believe Victor pedals do too, but I'm not 100% on that one."                            ?

Halfords ones should do it
I've been told fusion DX also work fine

I was lucky to put up a wanted on here and did a swap with Howser (who had some SX in 1/2")
They work fine too - still a pain in the arse though :teef:

Just make sure guys you do use a decent chromoly spindle if riding or jumping on  :daumenhoch:

It's gonna hurt like fook if it snaps on a heavy landing  :D

Tesco's do a DX style pedal for around £7.50

I have used them before  :daumenhoch:
