Steve Watson,  made a few frames of all sizes.  Was a member of Derby Greyhounds and built at least 2 cruisers at his home in Belper, Derbyshire. Me above (with a rebel in Pic)

Your AGV helmet in that pic,I used to have one of those,same colour.
