ive got the trails 250 finished now just got to put the pedals on. ive enjoyed building this and im going to enjoy riding it even more when I eventually take it to the trails (cant beat a bit of late mid school weight on trails) I spent quite a lot of effort on the back hub especially. it was a fairly knackered black ss hub ive had for years so I stripped it down and caustic soda bathed it to take all the anodising off and polished it myself by hand which took flippin hours and gave me blisters and found out the driver bearings were shot so I replaced them and made my own shim for between the driver and hub bearing then built it to a 48 hole big city rim. I absolutely adore the big city rim, they just look perfect so theres a 36 on the front built onto a sealed hub I had knocking around.
cheers for looking and big thanks to olly hall, matt uknc and machine man. :slayer: :daumenhoch:

That looks great, i agree about the big city rims. The 250 is the only Standard worth having, i reckon.
