Title: Mark 2 Vector trial build
Post by: Bfellows on March 02, 2014, 01:42 PM: Thought I'd trial build the Vector before it heads of for new powder and decals. Not sure if the pedals are a bit on the "heavy" looking side and something a bit more dainty required? I'm thinking red cage skyway tuf pedals........ and I'm on my 5th seat clamp......... other than that quite pleased with it. obligatory close up of the brake lever included. Any thoughts? Bert

I would probably replace the seat post for black to match the bars :daumenhoch: and the pedals you mentioned with black centres and red cages.

PS. It's meant to be a grip shot, not a lever shot (well for me anyway). ::)

I tried the black and red mushrooms and the red was too bright........... I shall try a few posts, but I'm amazed no one has mentioned the 1 piece...... ;D

I quite like the one piece, the frame is the real star so a one piece leaves it to shine (too syrupy that metaphor?).

The Tange grips tie in nicely with the Skyways but please twist them clockwise c.10 degrees :D

I have placed a house brick under the rear wheel thereby not just rotating the grips, but the entire bike by c.10 degrees........ Happy now ;D
