Title: Anybody able to name this bike?

Hanging from the ceiling of my mates garage.  This picture is taken whilst standing on a mezzaneine floor so I couldn't really get any closer.  He told me that he added the freestyler decal himself and has no idea what the bike is.  Apparently it's all original expect for the wheels which he added.
