Title: Serial Number Explanation?

I was wondering if you guys can explain this serial number what does it all mean,LT03f00118.ive read through other gt serial numbers but am not making sense of this one....cheers

Not got a clue with gt serials , but outa that I'd say  2001 or 2003 ?????
As can't see anything else  :-\
