Hi y'all
Just starting a new build ! The bike I always wanted when I was a kid - a PK Ripper Looptail :smitten:
I'm gonna go for the Dark Blue SE F&F and go with baby blue decals,
does anyone have details of a pantone ref for the dark blue ? or any advise on the match ? It's the colour of the beautiful Floval Flyer at MK (not sure who's it was)
Any advise would be greatly appreciated as always, :daumenhoch:

Pic of a dark blue Ripper here, I just happened across it while reading older Tech & Resto threads:

Lots of threads on Baby Blue colour on vbmx, people sending paint fragments for analysis etc, but not seen one on dark blue.
I assume it's a different blue to the dark metallic blue used on Quadangles?

The Floval was mine. As for the colour i spent an age looking through swatches at the paint shop looking for something that wasnt to metallic, not to light and not to dark. I think I found a great colour although it does kook a little dark sometimes! but i guess thats just the metallic.
Will try and find my notes on it, I'm sure it wasa Volvo colour. I have some paint left ocer so there is always the option of colour matching.
Let me know if I can help any more.
Thanks for the props on the FF.
Cheers JJ
