i need to no what size the smaller side sprocket can be and what size is the middle /or what to ask for.
-
One side is mini freewheel and will be available normally in 15T-13T. The other side should just be a standard Freewheel size, generally available in 18T-15T. Was that what you were asking.
-
14, 15 one side, 16,17,18 the other. i think its odyessy that also do a 13 t freewheel that will fit i believe.
alan ;)
-
yes so if i just ask for a mini sprocket 14t that should fit the smaller side.
-
just say, '' canna have an ACS claws freewheel, with 14teeth, please'',.......''thank you''
-
thanks guys :D

Just ask for a 14T Freewheel. I wouldn't ask for a sprocket because that would confuse things. I am reasonably sure that Halfords will stock cheap Diamond Back packaged freewheels if you are not bothered by make (probably rebranded Dicta). Alternatively you are probably looking at Odyssey or ACS as brands making that size.

or take it into the shop as some flipflop hubs dont take the smaller cogs
as me bro found out
-
Are you sure he didn't have a left hand/right hand drive flip flop ? I would imagine if one side is smaller than the other on a flip flop hub it will take a small freewheel. I have never come across any reference to a 3rd size.
-
na wasnt lhd and rhd
just had the same size threads lol
-
What the hells the point of that. Oh I guess you could run 2 sizes of frewheel instead of changing the front sprocket, but would be well different ratios. Maybe you could have a race gearing 44:16 and maybe 44:17 for park. Who knows.

fin that was the idea of it one for dirt and one for street
