Title: Worst Rim I've attempted 2 restore. Finished pics added

I had a similar problem with a 26" araya, was buckled to fook with a bad flatspot. Spoke tightened it as straight as I could and it was still all over the place. Ended up putting it in my vice and man-handling it. Came out almost perfect, was well chuffed.
