Title: Stripping The Paint Off Black Shimano Pedals
Post by: Retrodan72 on April 29, 2014, 08:19 PM
Has anyone ever done this?

I've done it on red and gold, but not sure if black will come off with the nitro mors the same.  ???

I stripped some black DX and it was tough going. Get yourself a quality (i.e. powerful) paint stripper, a cold beer and some time.....

The surface is dimpled so the paint sticks like sh1t to a blanket - I used a tooth brush after leaving them soak overnight in the  end.

Cheers Ian, no need now as I've done a deal with the Swan Gay.  :daumenhoch:
