Title: now there are survivors and then there is THIS!!!! *Haro content*
Post by: dwain dibbly on May 07, 2014, 08:04 PM: so excited to get my hands on this, i don't usually buy complete bike but i just could not let this through my finger :smitten: :smitten:

july 1984 gen 3 complete sport bike. i got it from dan harris who in turn brought it from the states, it surfaced on ebay and sold for £180 a few year back!!!
It is 100% original down to the tires, tubes, grips and even reflectors.the pedals ends and grip ends are untouched :shocked:

its a total time capsule and i love it my plane for it is, take it apart clean it up and ride it!! :smitten:

Cheers mate , it sure was a great find but all the credit goes to Tony . I had a chat with Alan and he confirmed that with lot of the sports he sold they took the Z's off and fitted the Skyways from new . Mine still had the original Cheng shin inner tubes in , when i stripped them down they didn't even have a puncture repair in them :shocked: Just shows how little the bike was used , which is kind of sad in a way .

It's great when you come across a bikes like these , so original and true survivors from 30 years ago 8)

are these the original cheng shin tubes?? the 2.0x1.75 has the same circular logo's either side of it and
"made in taiwan"
