hello peeps need to pick your brains..

got this frame sitting in my garage for a while anyone know what it is??

yeah looks like a job for Jaymz ....might be a 20'' version of his Lew Ways Trackstar.
THos e skinny drops look familiar .... can't remember where i seen em though now
