Title: ALPS BMX Japan
Post by: Mikku on May 25, 2014, 04:58 AM
Hi guys! In case you've missed it, here's RadRat's post from the Old School Race section:-

Has anyone got any further info on this company? They seem to be from the early/mid-80s, may have supplied parts for Mongoose and/or Kuwis and I'm told have a French Connection! Answers on a postcard to Popeye Doyle, c/o Mont Blanc, the Alps!  :daumenhoch:

Highly regarded in the southern hemisphere and featured highly on Australian branded/made bikes.

They made Cr-Mo Heli-Arc Welded Straight & V-Bars for Tioga.
Both exactly the same size: 26" x 9.5" & both ALPS branded under the riders RH Bar End.
Very nice they are too 8)
