Maybe it's a good job you didn't ..... most of our bikes look like mountain bikes this morning , cack high in Bury dirt after an off road excursion :crazy2:  . It was a great laugh though .  I think Jono will be cleaning the 10 or so bikes he lent out for over a week !!!

Lovely pair Christian, CW bars a nice touch (big boys would be better IMO).

One thing is for certain you always know you're in for a real treat when opening a new Hunterdubber build thread.

Both good lookin builds

The blue one would suit my taste now.

And

The burnished would have been my taste as a kid, with the CW's and Tuff's it could have been one of my street hacks BITD ( but would have had to have had the Camo pads ;) )

Love DX Cranks but they do look heavy on some frames. Work a treat on a Ripper though.
Nice detail with the 5 spoke Spider and the Tuffs as well :)

As you say Paul , beefy bits for a beefy bike

Yes the DX is the complete Shimano setup
Shimano DX 44t chainring
Shimano chainring bolts
Shimano DX spider
Shimano DX adjustable length arms
Full Shimano BB with semi sealed dust covers
Shimano DX 1/2 pedals with NOS caps ( not Rakas)

Ta Ben   :daumenhoch: I do like a Ripper in either drivetrain  guise but I may actually have a tinker with the blue one ,sometime what 3pc cranks do youreckon would suit best if you we're changing owt ? :)

Thanks again for the comments and  BMX love ,,means a lot . From many of the best bike   builders on Rad  :daumenhoch:
