Title: 1983 Skyway TA
Post by: Bfellows on May 31, 2014, 06:23 PM
I can’t build a red white and blue bike for love nor money so i’ve gone custom – no blue, no tufs.  Thanks to Steve for the custom pad set and Del for the custom decals.  It should have Gallindo GX rather than the bars fitted, but they are at the chromers.  I’m probably going to split this as well hence the lack of a chain........

Every time I built it I was never happy with it - hence the swap to black and red, rather than red and blue.  Funny thing is the more I look at it now, the more it floats my boat.

There are far too many 'patriotic' TA's out there buddy. It's so refreshing to see someone build something different.

Get them Galindo's on it and a chain, and post it on the Mueseum B  :coolsmiley:

That's really lovely Bert  :daumenhoch:

Get it in CSBOTM, but don't let me catch you leaving the chain off  :teef: :police:

Very nice Bert, some nice parts on it too. Keep it long enough to build it with the Gallindo's, they'll finish it off a treat.

Fook it, keeping it again  ;D plate has  got to go (boat not being floated...... and Galindos have to be fitted.  I'll be needing another set of White over B1Bs as well as I was all set to use them elsewhere........

Might help you get more responses if you start a new post in the BMX chat section, rather than in Bert's thread about a TA..
Welcome to Rad by the way  :daumenhoch:

Everything turns up in the last place you look Terry
When you find the thing you want you stop looking for it

Very nice Bert , white and chrome looks fantastic,  get the bars on it and it's complete :daumenhoch:
Tranny bars are well made but I don't like the modern sweep .
