Title: Os frame ID please

I do have a frame standing for a while in my barn .... No idea what to do with it and what make it is....  :-\

Maybe any one can tell me what make  it is  ;)

Doesn't look up to much, those seat stay junctions with seat tube look like they have a snapability factor of 10
