Title: is this a diamondback????

ever seen one of these before?
seems to be a diamondback due to pedals,rim stickers and diamond cut-out on forks
any info  as i'm baffled

thats what i thouhgt but it has had all traces of the shopping basket removed

and said they used to ride one, wanted to restore it etc etc

does it have a hinge in the middle if so its a townsend shopper  my mum had one in the 80s great bike but the
3 speed gears were a bit dodgy :-X :Great_Britain: :uglystupid2:
