Like most British stuff BITD it just had less kudos than the US stuff didn't mean it was inferior quality.
I reckon a lot that British, Japanese and even some Taiwanese stuff was far better built than the US stuff.
As kids we just didn't understand that and where swayed by the marketing.

i like that frame its a shame its a bit over priced :idiot2: ::)
-
i really like this, interesting frame; its earlier than the 84 cw or the Vincent ..........so this the earliest of the Mesozoic freestylers? ???
-
Not sure fischy me old chum. Do know bernie vincent was banging weird stuff out in late 83 early 84 though

i just remember when i was a kid if you had Acorn Mags you were laughed at .......it was kinda like turning up to school in Dunlop Trainers instead of Nike lol ....
If i remember rightly Acorn mags were the fitment of choice to most catalouge bikes ....so im only guessing that the Acorn Freestyler didnt go down to well !!

It's 4 of them not just one
