Title: Latest Score - Budget Haro
Post by: simon h on July 14, 2014, 08:24 PM
Finally took the plunge into the Haro Pool.
Been looking for a Zippo or Revo to do an old school custom job, in the style of a Master , but without Re- mortgage .

Scored this off the Bay the other day and well Happy as the previous owner had at some stage carried out most of the work for me.

If I'm honest it will never be mint as the decals are scratched and a few scrapes on the frame , but as a rider should scrub up nice .

Just undecided to go down the Mag route , or roll with what it came with .

Raided my Spares box in the Attic changed the cranks, grips levers , seat etc

Gave it a good polish up and almost finished the re build.

Any advise welcome as I currently know Funk All about the way forward down Haro Road

Yeah I tend to agree with the spokes .

Before I got it I had the white scheme in mind but it seems to look better with the spokes .

Watch this space.
