Title: Laserlite seatpost - straight or layback??
Post by: Mikku on July 20, 2014, 03:18 AM
My '83 Laserlite came with an unstamped and battered layback post which, for the time being at least, I'm going to replace with one of the nice-looking Nitto re-issues. I was originally going to get a layback, as per factory-spec but am now toying with the idea of getting a straight post for a cleaner, meaner, racer-look. What say you?

Yeah, a layback was my first choice for the above reasons, but I'm also thinking of the "laybacks don't belong on a race bike" argument!  ;)

Most cooks bros and hutch pro racers have laybacks, can't get much more racier than them :daumenhoch:
