Vinejv, I did all my racing on a Steve Wilson just like that  :daumenhoch:

I must admit, though, i would have loved a Silverstreak, then and now  :)

[we both argued over who was gonna get it, I had upgraded to the wilson from a bmx moto
(black & gold affair anodised  steel wheels)  He a Piranna with mags.

the silverstreak was a superb bike. I had one after my puch murray, but you can see from the shot they were just leagues ahead!! I always remember people used to keep asking if they could lift it up cos it was so light!!

Slightly off subject but most of you Redditch rider will have raced here at Worsley pic taken in 1983, and just shows how popular BMX was.

Nice shirt jon! Those redditch days were the best. Knew that track so well. You reminded me about wordsley.Liked that too. We all had such good times, someone should arrange a massive reunion so all of us originals can meet up and talk about the good old days.
