Title: Alans Bmx :(
Post by: oldschoolace on August 14, 2014, 08:01 PM
I know this probably wont be a popular thread but they have just landed themselves in my messers list  :yahoo_silent:

Ordered skyways 8 days ago and no sign of them or message to say they are not in stock (which i suspect although they were indicated in stock when i ordered them)

I know its not a vast amount of time since ordering but long enough for a 2 year old to drag them to my house from wigan!  ::)

bang goes the MK build   :'(

Sorry to here that, chances are the rear wheel wouldn't fit anyway, those new skyways   ::) the quality is good but the fitment is shite the freewheel doesn't screw on far enough making them have the worst chain alignment known to man.

Panic over! Still not too impressed with Alan's but all is forgiven. The legend that is Mat has saved the day with a loan

Nice one mate  :4_17_5:

Sound our Clint.

The loan of the skyways for a go on your lass seemed like a fair deal.  :daumenhoch: :-*

I think Alans gets it right about 99% of the time TBH, I've never had a problem with them, but things do go wrong from time to time  :daumenhoch:

Surprised to hear of Alans not living up to expectations. Lost court of the stuff I have had mail order and picked up in store from  them and never been let down.
