right ive tried straightening my alloy hub (someone ovetightened the cones :'() and i cant do it while its in the wheel so im gonna have to remove it hwhats the best way of drilling the rivets out and what length/diameter are the screws used to replace them , i remember doing this when i was a kid to fit a coaster hub but cant remember what i did now

centre punch centre of rivet then use a small drill about 1.5mm as a pilot then use a larger drill to remove rivet head ,then tap out the rest of rivet with a small punch then measure this for the size of bolts adding a bit for nut hey presto :daumenhoch:

make sure you drill the correct side....the head that isnt rounded over is the one you need to drill...drilling the rounded over end and pushing it through could crack the plastic that is aroung the rivvet

i know its showing how to install a coaster but the rivet removal is the same
