saw this on ebay, seller says it's a 1998 haro freestyler. looks like someone tried making a master into a sport, and the welds on the dropouts don't look too good.

It's a Haro invert I think

But there's only one in there with that top tube configuration and the decals look og and 90s, all the other inverts look like normal haros
