no because they lie in the desrciption ... "This was restored and powdercoated by C4 Labs, the best in the businesss"

It is a little high. Although this was put together by the owner for an Eddie rep, that is a GT race fork and GT Pro bars. Finding an '84 Performer fork will be hard.

£263.21 is what the frame, fork and bars will cost you. Shipping on that will be no more than $100, regardless of what the seller says to you.

If you can do a deal with the seller, i.e, get it lower due to the Fork and bars, I may be able to ship it here for you. PM me for details on that  ;)
