Seems like a current Cheng Shin tyre model ? ....since Porkchop is selling one with a very similar hot patch logo atm, (Cheng Shin Comp 3 blackwall) ->http://www.porkchopbmx.com/Cheng-Shin-Comp-3-tread-blackwall-BMX-bicycle-tire-20-X-175-TICE20175BK.htm . i know says 'General Style' instead of 'Race', but the style seems the same.... ???

Yep, CST is the latest incarnation of their logo/brand. It's been around for a few years, about 5 or more.

Well not era correct if that's what you mean, the CST Knobbies C183 are probably closer to being period.
