Title: 84 haro advert

Came across this advert and don't recognise the frame set on the right. Is it a sport?  Has it got a single top tube?  Am I going mad?

was a prototype for the sport, yep single tt
only made a couple
dont think any are known to exist
couple of replicas floating around
