Good price. I wasn't prepared to get into a bidding war for it, but would not have baulked at the original asking price :(

Sorry for going off topic, did Chilly frequently Radlands in the early 90's? I remember being there in 93 when this fella rolled in and ripped the place up. Huge airs on the 8ft quarters, seemed to nearly touch the ceiling. I was told it was Chilly and that he helped build the place.
