Hi,
Did you use cold water dye or multi purpose dye
I tried to do a seat, and instead of red, i now have a nice pink seat !!!
-
Is this dye method absolutely permanant or will it gradually fade in the wash (rain?) like dyed clothes?!
-
cold water dye is useless.....you need to use multi purpose dylon, its specific for nylon, which tuffs are made of......so are kashi seats....and no it wont fade, well my blue ones havent yet not one bit, its permanant

Hats off to you Dave, you're a clever fellow indeed.

Do you know what colour will dye to black (other than black) without going a bit funny...?
-
