That's Bernard Dunne's JMC - which took a bashing with a few other bikes after being knocked over on the steps of St Pauls :(

Yeah that's the one, he'd said he had a recent wheel change - not sure about the finish bud, i'm sure someone else can step in and help on that front...........................
