Hi, what is the most common for fitting the headset and bb cups into the frame ?
1. dry
2. grease
3. bearing lock (loctite)
Thanks in advance

Use grease then if you ever need to remove them it's a nice easy process :daumenhoch:

Stick your cups in the freezer for a couple of hours before hand. :daumenhoch:
-
you forgot to put a big hammer. :)

I have to say I've never found this to make the slightest difference?
Grease the frame, line up the cups, bit of wood over the top and whack with a lump hammer

Not saying you don't need any of the above utensils but deffo makes it easier. Who wants to be twatting fcuk out of a freshly powdered frame any more than they have to... or any frame for that matter ??? Not me. "nono"

Agreed, have to be careful with a nice powder job :daumenhoch:
-
Grind the the edge of the cup away to slip em in

make a crank press and head tube one aswell but make sure you get good thick washers,i got my old boss to make me ones dont think they will ever bend with the pressure of getting cups in :daumenhoch:
