I have found something that is actually cheaper now  ....... the NOS Ukai skinnies are about £20 from JT .

As a kid, my brother and I would take it in turns at having first pick from each section on price lists like these. Choosy choosy we used to call it (I know,,,, we're both really clever).

All trade prices tho!

did shops still 'double and add vat' baxk then?

Surprised to see in mid 83 the Quadangle being listed as 4130cr  :-\ would have been Reynolds tubing by then I would have thought.

not that i know of, they used to send us 2 cataloges, one with the trade prices in and one with the recommened retail prices in.

vans were fookin stoopidly over priced back then, about the same price now n still over priced  ::)
