Does this involve used toilet roll tubes and double sided sticky tape.  :LolLolLolLol:

Yep a tiny micro rotor with ball bearings for low rotational friction  :)

I wish, got a friend with a lathe helping me with some of the more precise machining but alot of work on a pillar drill and by hand mainly  :)

Sheesh! I'm bookmarking this one. V interesting design. Balancing rotors are a nightmare so that collar might do the trick if it's slippy enough inside.

The rotor will have twin cables top and bottom so should be easier to balance. Im hoping to be able to get the stem sat pretty low on the headset or flexfighter with just the two cables protruding out the bottom :)
