I got these from the U.S yesterday and i was wondering any of you guys use this on any of your parts etc,There is a guy who uses this on his parts and it looks excellent on the ozbmx forum,i tried using the blue earlier but it came out a purple colour and wondering how you would go about using it so you wouldnt see brush strokes.

I've been trying out similar stuff.
It's a permanent ink used for dyeing leather (http://tapatalk.imageshack.com/v2/14/10/31/bf702358d04af88c6c65706f30916b2b.jpg)
Used it on some zytecs that didn't take a dye well (http://tapatalk.imageshack.com/v2/14/10/31/6ee46c811a272b195087de42705dad19.jpg)(http://tapatalk.imageshack.com/v2/14/10/31/de5ba3356e3d467f65d81fa6b0c81d57.jpg)

Didn't realise you were doing metal parts !!!
Have you tried giving it a few coats to see if the colour comes through ???
The nero ink seems to work on all plastics also tried it on some old grips & it took on them too, got mine from ebay they do several different sizes. I tried a very small black gave the wheels 3 coats in total & still have half a bottle left........
Fook knows why I ordered a BIG bottle of the red :crazy2:
-
Yeah this stuff is for metal well you might be able to use it on other materials maybe, the guy that uses is awesome at refurb work look through this thread

It appears I'm not authorised to see his images :yahoo_silent: but the comments seem really good.
I'm crap with ebay links bud, just type in nero d ' inferno & it'll pop up.
I bought the cheapest black ( 3 quidish) then a bigger red ( 7ish I think) & that's plenty to do anything :daumenhoch:

Rather than using a brush to apply it,would it not be better to apply with a rag?
-
Hmmm would a rag not soak it all up and you couldnt apply it properly, here is how this turned outit doesnt look rite prepared to what the guy on the oz forum looks like
