Title: ACS Rotor
Post by: dinglem on November 02, 2014, 11:35 AM
Just stumbled across this in a box above my garage - new and in the original packaging. I don't really know anything about these, although I can see it has an '85 date on the instructions, but were there any different models, various generations and so on? Not really got much use for this so might pass it on.

There are a few slight variations on the same theme. A few different decal configurations and methods of locking the assembly together either using a circlip or flat nut with a small locking pin. Then there is the pro rotor with its shaft bearings for smoother running

the first ones didn't have a hole in the top piece for replacing the lower cable easier, you had to strip it all apart just to replace a broken cable. i modded mine back in the day by drilling the top part. then not long after acs started putting the hole in, they stole my idea.  >:(
