Title: Yeti ASX MTB Frame in small with extras £160
Post by: Bigplinky on December 07, 2014, 10:04 AM
Selling this for a friend who hasn't been arsed to re-register with RAD.

2004ish (could be 2005) Yeti ASX frame in small. Built like a brick privey but not too overweight. Really nice bike to through around the trails but still climbs well. Suitable for somebody under 5 8" I would say.

The frame is well used but generally decent condition the one point thet detracts on it is a grove worn into the swing arm by the rear tyre. Photos of the grove are as good as I can get but all I can say is that the frame has been ridden regularly at Hamsterley Forest over the last year and given no problems. A hole has also been drilled in one of the drop outs to give a smoother cable route.

The linkage could do with a strip and grease as it has squeaked once in a while lately but since most of it is plain bearings grease should be it.

The frame comes with a Easton seatpost, Hope SPC, Deore Front Mech and Crane Creek reducer headset (the headtube is 1.5 but the headset reduces it to 1 1/8") the headset is 60% of the way through it's life.

Looking for £160 posted.
